Classes

All skill levels are welcome to join any TPS class - whether you are a seasoned practitioner or a complete beginner!
Classes are designed to be challenging for intermediate students however feel free to level-up or down to suit your needs. Maybe float across your mat and press to handstand if that is in your practice. Or, take breaks. Modify any pose or skip any sequence all together. It’s your practice. We are here to inspire and motivate you to stay active!

Yoga Sculpt

Build your best physique with fun full-body workouts designed to sculpt your arms, legs, abs, and booty! Yoga sculpt classes can be done with, or without, weights. A light and heavy set of dumbbell weights are recommended. Cues for when to use either set will be given during class. Light weights are typically 3-5 lbs and heavy weights are typically 5-10 lbs. Level up or down with your weights and activity when needed. Rest when needed and do not feel like you have to do everything!

Power Yoga

Get ready to flow and link breath to movement in our power vinyasa yoga class. In this class we will slowly warm up the muscles and spine before generating internal heat with a full body workout. Workouts will include stretching and body-weight based strength training that will leave you feeling victorious!

Slow Flow

A slower paced variation of our Power Yoga offering. Relax and unwind as you settle a little longer into poses in this class.

Fusion Yoga

This consistent and relatively slower paced class has a combination of Bikram and Power yoga styles mixed in. Discover challenging postures with varying levels of modifications available. Hold poses a little longer and sink deeper with each exhale.

Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga is a gentle class that works deeply into the connective tissues and joints of the hips, pelvis, and lower spine. Hold postures for extended periods. Feel free to bring a bolster or pillow. Blocks are available at the studio. This class is suitable for all skill levels.

Private Yoga

In addition to our public class offerings... we offer PRIVATE yoga classes! Choose from individual private classes or private small group classes.
Individual private classes and small group private classes allow for controlled practice environments and individualized instruction. Practice with close friends and family. Benefit from individualized instruction catered to your specific needs and requests. Schedule your private sessions now!
